With 30 years of experience across a multitude of industries, Janet leads our team with a passion for innovation and purposeful change.
Before founding Butler Beckett, Janet worked in product marketing, product management and training roles at Sterling Software, now part of IBM.
Phil van Beek
With 25 years of experience in technology and data, and a background in education, Phil offers a unique perspective to driving change.
Prior to joining Butler Beckett, Phil worked in sales, customer service and program management roles at Ericsson and Fujitsu Network Communications.
